SHOPPING CART HELP SECTION

CHECKING YOUR ORDER HISTORY
Checking previous orders and using them as templates for future orders.

Viewing the history of previous orders is an invaluable tool which may be used to remind of what has been purchased in the past.  Further, previous orders can be used as templates for future orders in cases where a customer regularly orders the same set of products and wishes to simply duplicate a previous order.

Once loaded you can enter an exact order number, a PO, or a date range on the right hand side of the page.  Once the order you are looking for is found, simply click on the "Display" button on the right hand side of the table.

After the "Display" button has been clicked your order, along with the order lines, and more information about your order will be brought up.

DUPLICATING ORDERS

If you have a previous order that is similar to what you currently wish to order, you may search for that record and use it as a template by "clicking" the "Duplicate Order" button at the bottom of the Order History page for that order.  You are then given an opportunity to adjust the quantities of products, as well as add other items.

For more on duplicating orders and adjusting quantities, please refer to the Adjusting Quantities portion of our Online Help Section.
